Ottawa police are asking for assistance in locating 16-year-old Courtney Scott. Scott went missing Tuesday evening and was last seen in the area of Old Montreal Road. She is described as Inuit, with medium complexion, five feet four inches tall, weighing 120 pounds with a thin build, short brown hair with highlights, and brown eyes. There was no clothing description available, but the release reported she is possibly wearing jeans. If you know where Courtney is, contact Ottawa police dispatch at 613-230-6211. If you have information that could help investigators, but do not know where she is currently, contact the missing persons unit 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.. The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's assistance in locating 15 year old, Ethan Baxter of Ottawa. His family is concerned for his well being. Ethan Baxter is described as a white male, 5'9, 150lbs. He has a slim build and has short dark brown hair in a mushroom cut, and has lots of freckles. He was last seen wearing a grey speckled hoodie, medium wash blue jeans with either beige Timberlands or grey and orange Nike shoes with a brown winter jacket. Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Taylor Doucette, 16, of Ottawa. The girl was last seen Monday in the Lincoln Fields area and her family is concerned. Police say she could also be in the Kanata area. Taylor is described as Caucasian, five feet six inches tall with a slim build, with dyed blond straight hair to the shoulders and hazel eyes. The girl is said to wear a lot of eye makeup and has a scar across the bridge of her nose to just below her right eye. Ottawa police are seeking help finding a man last seen on Thursday. Jean Francois Larche-Pelland, 24, is described by police as a white man, 5'9" tall, weighing 200 pounds. He has piercing blue eyes, light brown shoulder-length hair, a full beard and does not wear glasses. He has no marks, scars or tattoos. Larche-Pelland was last seen wearing a dark hat with white stripes, a dark, three-quarter length coat, dark gloves, beige pants and dark shoes.
